Important Guidelines

  1. Delegate or Faculty should carry registration receipt which they received through email.
  2. Please provide your Medical Council No. & ISOT Membership Number.
  3. Registration will be subject to realization (if paid through DD).
  4. Please ensure that you mention the active email ID and mobile number you use regularly, as these will be used for sending the registration receipt and other conference communications.
  1. The organizing committee shall not be held responsible for any changes in the date or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
  1. The conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays, failure of delivery by post, or failure of electronic communication.
  1. All delegates must carry a government-approved photo ID (Aadhar card, Voter Id, Passport) for a smooth registration process.
  1. Submission of an HOD letter is mandatory to avail registration under the postgraduate category.
  1. Spot registration: Payment will be accepted only via cash, card, UPI. The distribution of the delegate kit will be subject to availability.
  2. Requests for cancellation and refunds must be emailed to the Conference Secretariat at isot2026.hyderabad@gmail.com.
  3. A 75% refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellations made up to 30th May 2026.
  4. A 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellations made up to 31st July 2026.
  5. A 25% refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellations made up to 31st August 2026.
  6. No refund will be provided for requests made on or after 1st September 2026.
  7. Registration is non-transferable.
  8. All refunds will be processed within 60 days after the conference. GST (18%) will be deducted from all refunds.

Terms & Conditions

  • Organisers reserve the right to reject a registration, if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them a category which they may deem fit.
  •  Registration slab applicable shall be the prevailing slab on the date of credit of the amount in the conference account. It is requested to send forms and payment promptly well ahead of the slab transition period.
